Hachette marketer Jones takes temporary digital reins
LONDON - Hachette Filipacchi UK has given Anna Jones, its head of marketing, the additional role of acting digital director following its acquisition of entertainment news website Digital Spy last week.
Hachette's last permanent digital director Dave Killeen, resigned in February to join eFinancialCareers.com, part of the Dice.com portfolio.
Jones will manage the editorial and technical teams working on Hachette's digital portfolio, which includes Elleuk.com, Sugarscape.com and sites supporting its magazine brands such as Psychologies.

Jones said: "Elleuk.com and Sugarscape.com are performing well in their sectors and I look forward to working with the teams to improve and develop all our sites further."
Hachette sees the Digital Spy acquisition as giving it the chance to cross promote and share content across sites and sell its large audience to advertisers.
