Bauer Media has appointed Immediate Media's Clare Chamberlain to lead its 100-strong ad team as sales director across the publisher's print and digital operations.  (Media Week)

Condé Nast has promoted Albert Read to the newly created role of deputy managing director at Condé Nast Britain. (Media Week)

Dale Simmons, group director at Aegis' data and research arm Aevolve, has joined the7stars as the independent agency's director of data. (Media Week)

Lord Sugar's Amscreen, the digital outdoor media owner, has appointed former Titan Outdoor and JCDecaux director Yoko De Souza to the new role of director of client sales. (Media Week)

IPC Media magazine Marie Claire has appointed Toby Evans as publisher, from his position as associate publisher on woman's weekly title Look. (Media Week)

Mindshare is reshaping its online team and has promoted Victoria Woodall to head of display and mobile, replacing Claire Valoti, who left the company last year to become managing director of O2 Media. (Media Week)

Channel 4 has appointed Damon Lafford, currently head of trading at BSkyB's Sky Media, as one of its two heads of agency sales, in the first major appointment of the new Channel 4 sales structure. (Campaign)

The Newspaper Marketing Agency, the trade body that represents the interests of the UK's national newspapers, has appointed Rufus Olins, the former chief executive of Warc, as its chief executive. (Campaign)

Digital agency Steak has appointed Charly Dove as its new marketing and new business director. Dove joins from Haygarth where she spent eight years, most recently as head of new business. (Campaign)

Dare has hired the LBi joint executive creative director Laura Jordan-Bambach as a board-level creative director. The agency has also promoted its senior creative duo Nick Bird and Lee Smith to the roles of creative directors to join Jordan-Bambach on the agency's board. Meanwhile, LBi has boosted its own creative offering, with the appointment of Gavin Gordon-Rogers and Gemma Butler as creative directors. (Campaign)

Jo Hagger, the former chief integration officer and managing director of Glue Isobar, has joined the intermediary AAR to lead its digital practice. (Campaign)

Crispin Porter & Bogusky has expanded its creative department by hiring two new teams. Ben Carey and Henrik Delehag join as a creative duo. CP&B has also hired Bertie Scrase and Christen Brestrup from WCRS & Co. (Campaign)


RBS Insurance has appointed British Gas commercial director Rick Vlemmiks to head up its newly formed centralised marketing structure, as it prepares for a sell-off by RBS Group. (Marketing)

Huawei, the Chinese telecoms giant, is boosting its marketing department with the appointment of Everything Everywhere's Jill Styring as its first UK marketing director for devices. (Marketing)

Honda stalwart Ian Armstrong is leaving the marque to join Jaguar in a global marketing role, as the luxury car manufacturer moves to strengthen its marketing capabilities. (Marketing)

Samsung UK & Ireland has filled the mobile marketing director vacancy left by Batyr Bulat's departure, with the appointment of Gareth Abel. (Marketing)

ITV has made three new marketing appointments. Jenny Bullis, currently head of marketing operations and media at Sainsbury's will join in the new role of director of media. Former head of marketing at the News International-owned The Times, Paul Gilshan, will become director of commercial marketing and research. Adrian Last, currently head of global marketing, sales and distribution at BBC Worldwide, will join in the new role of director of ITV Studios marketing. (Marketing)
