Amscreen, Lord Sugar's digital out-of-home media owner, has appointed CBS Outdoor's head of marketing Mike Hemmings as its international marketing director. (Media Week)

Guardian News & Media (GNM) has promoted its head of digital marketing, Steve Wing, to the new role of business director, Mobile, following an "incredible year" of growth in the area. (Media Week)

Carat has promoted Maria Donaldson to associate director. Within Matt Landeman's client team, Rebecca Stafford and Clare Fraser have been promoted to associate directors in recognition of their work on Kellogg's account.
