Glue Isobar
is parting company with Seb Royce, its executive creative director, after 12 years. It has hired Rick Williams, the creative development director at AKQA, as the chief technology officer and Mike Mulligan, the group managing director, operations, at FullSIX Group, as the chief operations director for Isobar EMEA. The agency has also appointed Carrie Arnold, previously an executive producer at R/GA, to the newly created role of head of team management, reporting to managing director Wayne Brown.(Campaign)

Skype
has appointed Yahoo!’s former marketing chief Elisa Steele as corporate vice president of marketing. In the newly created role at the Microsoft-owned company Steele will report directly to Skype president Tony Bates. (Marketing)

Warburtons has appointed Nestlé UK's head of chocolate Mark Simester as its new marketing director, replacing Richard Hayes who left in January after five years in the role. (Marketing)

BSkyB is set to appoint WCRS managing partner Liz Darran to a brand director role as part of the ongoing re structure of its sales and marketing function. Darran will join BSkyB early next year and report to Stephen Van Rooyen, managing director, sales and marketing, at Sky. (Marketing)

Aviva's interim director of brand, sponsorship and corporate responsibility Kevin Peake has left the company. His role will not be replaced and responsibilities will be split between head of corporate sponsorship Sarah Loughran and global head of brand Virginia Barnes, who report to global marketing director Jan Gooding. MEC
has hired Dan Plant, head of integrated planning at Vizeum, as its first real time planning director. Plant will also have responsibility for strategic planning on the Lloyds Banking Group business and report to Stuart Bowden, MEC’s managing director, and head of strategy Verra Budimlija. Clear Channel UK has appointed Kerry Hindhaugh, currently director at product-placement specialist Manhind, to the position of agency director with responsibility for Kinetic and its affiliated agencies. (Media Week)

PHD Group Australia has appointed former OMD Australia chief executive Mark Coad to the newly created CEO role following the expansion of the PHD Network in Australia. (Campaign)

Immediate Media has appointed Tony Macklin, the former Procter & Gamble executive, to a director of product development and strategy role. Macklin will report into Tom Bureau, chief executive of Immediate Media. (Media Week)
