Damian McKeown, executive planning director at Dare, has left the EDC creative agency to pursue other interests. McKeown joined Dare in June last year from RKCR/Y&R. (Campaign)

TBWA\London has bolstered its creative department by appointing Martin Jon Adolfsson as its first innovation director. Adolfsson joins the agency in the newly created role from Razorfish, where he was associate creative director. (Campaign)

McCann London has poached Zaid Al-Zaidy, chief strategy officer at TBWA\London, to take the same role, replacing Nikki Crumpton. Crumpton, who joined McCann in 2006 as the planning head, has been promoted to co-regional strategy director of McCann Worldgroup Europe, alongside Gary Bonilla. (Campaign)

Shortlist Media, publisher of ShortList, ShortList Mode and Stylist, has made four senior promotions as part of a wider restructure of its publishing, commercial and digital operations. Glenda Marchant has been promoted to publishing director of both Stylist and ShortList magazine; Chris Healy becomes trading director of Shortlist Media. Mark Sandford has been promoted to digital sales and innovations director of Shortlist Media, and Matt Baskerville has been appointed to digital operations director of Shortlist Media. (Media Week)

Steve Bond, the former chief operating officer of Postercope, is to join Omnicom Media Group's outdoor specialist Talon as a partner. (Media Week)

Darren Khan, the commercial director and television sales director at Bauer Media, has left the company after 13 years. Khan joined what was then Emap in 2000 to launch its six music channels.(Media Week)

Marketing

Mercedes-Benz has appointed Andrew Mallery as its new UK marketing director for cars, with incumbent David George set to join one of the marque's franchise retailers in a senior role. (Marketing)

Coca-Cola is hunting for a UK marketing director because the current role-holder Zoe Howorth has announced she will take a year's sabbatical from June. (Marketing)

Good Relations Group has recruited former Lloyds Banking Group corporate brand chief Stephen Windsor-Lewis to head its leadership and change communications arm. (PR Week)

The comms boss of global shipping giant Maersk Line, Klavs Valskov, is set to leave at the end of June to co-head a small London-based agency, Agenda Strategies. (PR Week)

University of Birmingham comms leader Alastair Jarvis is leaving his post to join Communications Management. (PR Week)

Champollion has hired former Save the Children digital head Branislava Milosevic to lead its digital arm and provide strategic digital input to the agency's new and current clients. (PR Week)

Paul Lucas has re-emerged at TVC as a board director after leaving Citizen Brando last October. (PR Week)
