LONDON (Brand Republic) - US business-to-business application service provider Bluetie has appointed New York agency Jay Advertising to its roster list to cover advertising, direct marketing and public relations.

Jay, owned by the Interpublic Group of Companies, specialises in aggressive advertising and sales promotion for clients including the Walt Disney Company, Time Warner Communications, Xerox North American Retail Channels and the Buick Motor Division.
