LONDON - Vizeum UK has brokered a partnership between drinks group Pernod Ricard and Yahoo to produce a weekly web show that will air on Yahoo Video.
The media agency and internet service provider have developed a |Malibu-branded show called Get Your Island On, which will be hosted on a dedicated Yahoo Video hub, presented by comedian Tom Price.
The show, which will run for six months, will take users on a weekly Tour of video content and is aimed at reaching 70% of 18 to 24-year-olds over the course of the campaign.
The site will also carry user generated content, clips from the Yahoo Video network, interactive games, mobile applications, music video playlists and cocktail recipes.
The hub will be promoted via TV and online advertising, display advertising, sponsored search and editorial links within the Yahoo Video network
The launch of Get Your Island On follows a repositioning by Malibu, which kicked off in June with a TV ad campaign.
Vizeum won the majority of Pernod Ricard's £50m European planning and buying work, including the £6m business in the UK last year, after competing against MediaCom and ZenithOptimedia in a review.
