New CRM tool aimed at estate agents
LONDON - A new CRM tool has been launched to help estate agents match househunters with their ideal property.
Property CRM is the latest launch from Enterprise CRM, and is designed specifically for the estate agency sector.
It will help agents to keep track of and access prospect details so that when a property is sold, valuable leads and expressions of interest are kept for future contact.

Features include QuickSearch, to let agents identify properties that match a customer enquiry, and an integration with the Google Map system to see an image of the property and address details.
The service is provided on the Salesforce.com AppExchange platform, and can be used with an internet browser without the need for hardware, software or maintenance, said Enterprise CRM.
Colm Mulcahy, chief executive of Enterprise CRM, said: "A big challenge for estate agents of all sizes is managing the lifecycle of disposals of a property. To fully exploit their business they need to keep track of, and easily access, prospect details so that when a property is sold valuable leads and interests are captured for future contact."
