Green Room unveils supermarket kiosks for First Choice
LONDON - Green Room Retail Design has created a series of kiosks for travel agent First Choice to be located in Sainsbury's and Asda stores.
The kiosks, which Green Room is referring to as "pods", have been designed to move away from the traditional travel agency-style dominated by shelves of brochures.
Brochures in the pods have been kept to a minimum, signalling a growing trend among customers towards paper-less bookings and increasing use of the internet.

The design also aims to convey a sense of sleekness, according to Green Room.
Cheryl Powell, First Choice managing director, said: "Green Room Retail immediately understood the concept and what I wanted for a First Choice Retail offer based loosely on a nail bar layout. They have demonstrated real creativity combined with flexibility and professionalism."
The pods in Asda will retain the First Choice branding but the Sainsbury's version will be branded as Sainsbury's Travel.
