Lacoste unveils fragrances with pop art website and ad campaign

by Emma Rigby, Revolution UK 06-Jul-05

LONDON - Lacoste has launched a website and online ad campaign, which aims to drive mass sampling of its new range of limited-edition fragrances.

The site takes a pop-art theme, using 3D pixel dots to reflect the product design of the four fragrances, which come in blue, red, yellow and pink bottles, and for a limited period are available in metal canisters in matching colours.

Visitors can request a fragrance sample online with customer data will be used in future campaigns.

The site provides information on the fragrance and allows customers to upload and manipulate images to create their own pop art screensavers and wallpaper.

Clark McKay & Walpole North developed the campaign.
