Visitors to the website can browse and rate the photos over the three-week campaign and the four best entries receive tickets to this year's sold-out V Festival.
Alex Hole, commercial director at Tiscali UK, said: "We designed and built a stylish photo gallery mechanic that, combined with the V Festival prize and Tiscali's audience reach, makes this campaign perfect for the K750i's target audience."
The competition was created in house by Tiscali's creative team with planning by MEC Digital.
In June, Sony Ericsson backed the launch of its K750i camera phone with a global ad campaign.
TV ads, created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty, show a young couple walking by a lakeshore. As the girl takes photos with the phone, a salmon leaping into mid-air is captured by a grizzly bear, which eats it. Then an eagle swoops to fly off with the bear in its grip. The couple capture all the action on the handset.
