Healthcare insurer WPA hands product launch brief to Keevill Barton Kershaw

by Staff Marketing 09-Mar-05, 07:00

LONDON - Private healthcare insurance provider WPA has hired Keevill Barton Kershaw to handle its direct marketing and advertising.

The appointment, made without a pitch, will see the agency work on WPA's first brand campaign. It will then handle the promotion of a healthcare product that will be launched later this year.

WPA is one of the UK's biggest providers of health and dental insurance plans for individuals and businesses. Until now, the company's advertising has been handled in-house.

The brand campaign will include direct activity as well as television, radio, press and poster ads.

WPA's marketing will focus on its customer service record. In an annual NOP customer service survey of Bupa, PPP, AXA, Norwich Union and WPA, it has been voted number one for the past seven years.
