Heart links with Disney for Chicken Little podcasts
LONDON - Heart FM has linked with Disney to create a series of podcasts, the first of which be promote the DVD launch of children's film 'Chicken Little' on May 11.
The download has been selected as the first story to be available in the format to mark the film's release on DVD on May 22.
A series of Disney's most-loved DVD stories including 'Toy Story', 'Cinderella' and 'Robin Hood' are set to follow, which will be free of charge and will be available on Apple's iTunes.

Lucy Manning, group brand manager for Disney Home Video, said: "[The podcasts] will bring some of our most popular DVD stories to life for a young and technologically savvy generation. Disney has a history of advancing family entertainment and is proud to again be ahead of the game."
Heart FM currently runs a regular Disney storytelling feature slot that is narrated by Rik Mayall and Lisa Tarbuck on its drivetime shows, with an omnibus on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Pete Simmons, group head of programming for Heart FM, added: "This groundbreaking innovation in family fun will mean storytelling is no longer confined to bedtime. Now everyone can enjoy Disney's most well-loved stories in the car, on the way to school -- in fact whenever it suits them."
