Financial Times to relaunch property supplement
LONDON - The Financial Times is relaunching its House and Home section as a more internationally focused 12-page supplement in the Weekend FT from September 16.
The relaunched property section will be supported by print ads in Time magazine and European editions of the FT, as well as ads on six radio stations, including Classic FM, Virgin Radio and LBC.

The FT said House and Home would contain new features, including The Next Neighbourhood, which will profile up-and-coming regions, a question and answer session called My Favourite Home, and The Expatriate Profile, which will look at the benefits and drawbacks of moving abroad.
Previously House and Home appeared as a weekly one-page article within the FT and and as a regular seasonal supplement, but the paper has now decided to combine the two into one weekly pullout.
The paper has also agreed a deal with Newfound Property International to sponsor a reader competition to win an apartment in Canada worth £250,000.
The competition invites readers to collect points in the FT's print and online editions, which can then be submitted for entry via an FT microsite, which goes live on September 16.
Alison Beard, editor of FT House and Home, said: "Our pages will be packed with the strong reporting and elegant writing that readers expect from the FT, and our international focus will help us stand out from other weekend property sections."
Last month, the FT said it planned to offer its newspaper subscribers access to the Privilege Club section of its website, offering rewards and additional editorial content.
