IPC's new fashion weekly Look to launch on February 6
LONDON - IPC Media and Group Marie Claire have revealed that their rival to Emap's Grazia will bear the name Look and will be on sale on Tuesday February 6.
Backed by an £18m investment over two years, Look will deliver high-street fashion and shopping advice, celebrity style and gossip.
The investment includes a major retail marketing and advertising campaign, as well as a sampling campaign the week before the first issue hits newsstands.

Sylvia Auton, IPC chief executive, said Look will complement IPC's monthly fashion titles Marie Claire and In Style.
IPC and Groupe Marie Claire have jointly published Marie Claire in the UK for 18 years and also jointly publish Avantages and Famili in France.
IPC's Connect women's weeklies division, headed by Evelyn Webster, is handling the launch.
The editor of Look is Ali Hall, a former editor of Emap's More magazine, who has been working on the project since joining IPC in April 2005 and is working alongside publishing director Julie Lavington. Lavington left H Bauer's TV titles at the end of last year to move to IPC.
Hall said: "This is a generation of confident, bright and ambitious young women across the UK not currently served by the magazines out there. These women want it all and they want it right now. Look will be the perfect high street filter for them."
