I agree - I live in Romania, and I keep wondering whether or not this phone is going to hit our stores this decade. I'm a Vodafone customer as well, but the main problem is that O2 doesn't even operate in this market. So am I supposed to wait for the Apple people to secure a deal with one (of the two) mobile operators around? I beg to differ regarding your prediction - these days, phone unlocking seems to be a thing of the past. Security technologies are getting better and better. Even Nokia has at least a few dozen unlockable models out on the market.
