Multi-channel customer communication and future trends are key themes for the 12th CallCenterWorld®, Europe’s leading contact centre and customer management exhibition and congress.
Topics covering people, processes and technology will be discussed during the four day event, including social media, the latest data protection regulations, developing customer and employee loyalty in difficult times.
Speakers from various European brands, such as Arsenal Football Club, DHL, FedEx, Fitness First, Lufthansa, Telefónica, T-Mobile and UBS will share their experiences with the congress delegates.
How customer communication might look like in 2020 will be presented by trend researcher Sven Gábor Jánszky.
In 2010 CallCenterWorld® 2010 will feature again the popular LiveCallCenter – showcasing the latest technology and design trends.
Visitors have the opportunity to get an extensive overview of current trends in customer communication from 250 organisations, exhibiting the latest products and services - from voice portals to quality monitoring to personnel management solutions.
The partner country in 2010 will again be the UK, allowing British organisations to present their products, services and regions in the German capital.
The Call Centre Managers of the Year for Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be announced at the Cat-Award ceremony on 9 February. On the following day it's all about networking at the CallCenterWorld Party at the Estrel.
