Women are responsible for 85% of consumer purchase choices in the UK. In the last few years, significant medical advances have revealed key neurological and chemical differences between men and women which are responsible for predictive behavioural differences.
This seminar summarises those differences and what they mean in terms of the way you should market, communicate and sell to women across multichannels including the retail environment, call centres and via websites and the internet. Marketing success requires a real connection with women via in-store, call centre, traditional media and online, and product communications.
