The IDM/Responsys Certificate in Email Marketing

Responsys has partnered with The Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) to offer the world’s first qualification in email marketing: The IDM/Responsys Certificate in Email Marketing, available exclusively through Responsys.

The email marketing industry in Europe is worth over £1.1 billion* and for an average retailer the email channel gives an ROI of 100:1. However, a lack of qualified staff has lead to many online marketing departments being unable to fully exploit the revenue, retention and data value of the email channel.

The IDM/Responsys Certificate in Email Marketing is a comprehensive 6-month course, developed by the IDM, with classroom tuition, assignments, practical training and an examination by the IDM Board of Examiners. It will be run in January and September each year at the IDM in London.

Marketers graduating from the course will gain a valuable qualification that demonstrates they can make a business case, manage resources, and maximise the performance of an email marketing program.
