They were the first ad agency to put planning at the heart of the agency. Top creative work, though sometimes a bit 'house style'. I've had mates work there, liked it but commented people are a bit unsocialble - creatives stick to their offices. However, that may have changed. Bloody good agency overall but been overtaken by W&K, Fallon and Mother.
