We are a fast growing independent production company and have moved to a new premises in Limeharbour (nearest tube station is South Quay five mins walk from Canary Wharf London E14 9TS). We have six desks and two modern light spacious fitted small rooms (300 square metre approximately) to rent out in our newly fitted office. We are looking for small businesses or freelancers to share our space - working in a creative, media, research, design or production capacity.
The cost of desk space starts from £98 per week which includes business rates, electricity, heating, and furniture, (costs negotiable for larger groups). The office is open planned and we have a meeting room available for use.
Our minimum requirement is for a month let. We would also require 1 months deposit and 1 month rent upon moving in and will need a proof of your address along with two references prior to moving in. Other facilities include:
