Karen Stacey, the head of broadcast sales and Bauer Access at Bauer Media, is leaving the company at the end of 2013 after 16 years. (Media Week)

IPC Media has hired Marcus Rich, the commercial managing director at DMG Media, as its new chief executive, replacing Sylvia Auton. (Media Week)

Time Out Group has appointed Caroline McGinn as the permanent editor of Time Out London. McGinn has been acting editor of the free weekly magazine since September. (Media Week)

The Red Consultancy has brought in Betfair's former head of comms Jonathan Oates as managing director for the agency’s corporate offer following the departure of Mark Lyons. (PR Week)

MHP Communications associate director Jenny Hall has joined Royal Mail Group as deputy head of public affairs. (PR Week)

Burson-Marsteller has poached Maitland's Kevin Bell to head up its global public affairs practice. (PR Week)

Rosanna Konarzewski, one of the founding partners of financial PR agency Greenbrook, is moving to join asset management company Man Group as global head of communications. (PR Week)
