Judges awarded the prize to Allinson and its agency Family (and Friends) for a rebrand project, which set out to capture the fun of baking at home through the use of geometric patterns inspired by tea towels and wall tiles.

Other winners included Stoll’s Forces Sauces, alongside agency Bluemarlin, which won Client of the Year for its eye-catching design that gave it on-shelf cut-through in the highly competitive sauces market.

The Consumer Excellence Award 2014 was won by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (and agency Hatched), whose ad campaign used attention-grabbing imagery that broke the mould of conventional tourism body design.
