Campaign Service Delivery Manager Role Information:

A prestigious marketing agency is looking for a Campaign Service Delivery Manager with a combination of account management and campaign targeting experience to lead the direct marketing strategies for a leading account. This role will offer an exciting combination of hands of work, where you will be required to ensure that the campaigns are being targeted and effectively and accurately and you will also be required to liaise with the client to provide communication to help the business understand how the marketing campaigns have affected the ROI for the business. You will be working on a leading account to ensure customer focussed campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. The client is looking for a candidate with a background in marketing and customer targeting and campaign execution. This role will be an operational role where you will be responsible for overseeing the campaign targeting and execution process. Candidates need to ideally have a background in data and analytics so that you can successfully manage analysts, who will be carrying out the customer segmentation process. You will also need to ensure that the campaigns are being delivered and executed at the right times to the right customers to ensure the highest return on investment for the client. This is an exciting role, where you will be working on different client projects to ensure that their customer retention and acquisition strategies are improved, to help improve business performance.

Each candidate must have the following:
  • Each candidate must have experience working with campaign segmentations, selections and targeting.
  • Every candidate ideally requires a degree or an equivalent qualification in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Statistics or Operational Research.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate some experience of already having worked in a commercially driven marketing analytics environment.
