Account Manager - Global Integrated Agency-London

This integrated agency based in London is looking for an Account Manager to work on global brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious account manager to push their career to the next level.

The Account Manager will report directly into an Account Director and be responsible for an Account Executive. Key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for planning and implementing CRM and Direct Marketing programs and delivering campaigns on time and budget  

Managing campaign budgets, providing estimates, tracking costs, and reconciling finished jobs at the earliest possible opportunity in order to invoice the client

Maintaining a good knowledge of all Agency systems and production processes, and knowing the job status on a day-to-day basis

Working with creative teams to help produce the most relevant presentation materials for new work

Acknowledge all client requests, briefs, etc., as soon as possible after receiving them, clearly explaining when and what next steps will be

The Account Manager is an important role, and the successful candidate will be involved with day-to day client liaison at all levels, day-to-day liaison across all departments with ultimate responsibility for all projects and building and maintaining relationships  with high calibre clients. To be successful within the Account Manager role, you will be required to have:

Excellent CRM and Direct Marketing experience

Integrated or digital agency experience

A passion for b2b marketing

Proficient in taking a campaign through from client brief to delivery
