My client is a leading Business Services provider with an impressive client base. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Executive to define and execute lead generation campaigns to meet agreed revenue targets and objectives whilst managing there CRM database / data.

Key responsibilities will include.

Work with the marketing, sales and telesales teams to plan and implement effective integrated marketing campaigns to enable the teams / business to meet sales revenue targets

Develop, manage and implement an annual campaign plan across full product portfolio, in all target markets, to both base and new business customers

Manage the campaign life-cycle from planning through execution to analysis and reporting

Develop creative, innovative & eye-catching retention & acquisition campaigns to drive upgrade, upsell, cross-sell, new product

Ensure that campaign data and call out lists are segmented, selected and targeted effectively to maximise ROI

Draft detailed & effective campaign briefs & ensure they are effectively delivered & understood by the telesales teams & sales

Ensure that all campaign follow up and response is accurately recorded by telesales

Produce reports/analysis and information on marketing campaign results daily or weekly, as directed by the Marketing Manager

Make recommendations on future campaign activity based on tracking / analysis / learning of results of previous campaigns

Act as database 'champion' through on-going review of quality of data held and managing updates / cleaning; also reviewing capabilities of bespoke CRM system for marketing needs and identifying / recommending changes and upgrades; ensure we comply with the regulations of the Data Protection Act

The ideal candidate will have a B2B background, strong campaign planning skills and the above direct marketing, database management and CRM expertise. Having Professional Services marketing experience i.e. Legal or an IT background would be beneficial but not essential for interview.
