About Amscreen

Amscreen is the UK’s largest Digital Out of Home media company, offering a robust, end-to-end digital signage solution via its unique wireless plug and play technology. Our networks broadcast from 3,500 sites across the UK and are an effective communication tool for clients such as BP, Shell and WH Smith and a range of blue-chip advertisers such as Coca Cola, Ford, Sky, Visa and BT.

As well as operating in petrol, convenience, leisure and travel locations, Amscreen provides screens to the healthcare industry. Its Healthcare network uses revolutionary software to provide customers with the ability to create and broadcast their own messages that can be viewed in prime dwelling areas such as waiting rooms, corridors and coffee shops.
Amscreen recently expanded into mainland Europe following a deal with BP Europe SE that will see digital signage screens installed in forecourts across the continent in Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria.

The Opportunity

We have a strong existing blue-chip brand count, a high percentage of repeat advertisers and the development of a stable of award winning digital signage networks to sell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and leading a team to persuade clients of the value of the media you sell.

You will have the experience, reputation and gravitas to operate at the highest level with the key decision makers in our market.

A track record of success and strong contacts is essential. An out of home and digital signage background would be advantageous, but if you have shown the qualities we need in your career to date in other media, we'd love to hear from you.

Outline Job Description

•Full P&L responsibility for the UK Amscreen Media Sales Division
•Full responsibility for the delivery of the budgeted sales figures
•Develop and maintain relationships with the key partners (clients, agencies and specialists) within our market that will assist in the delivery of our strategy
•Work with the CEO, Marketing Director and PR agency in the delivery of our PR plans
•Ensure Amscreen is recognised as being the most reliable, visible, accountable, creative and progressive business in DOOH

People & Culture
•Create a vibrant sales structure, culture and environment that will enable Amscreen and our people to excel
•Responsibility for the management, mentoring and development of the UK sales teams
