A rare and very exciting opportunity has become available at a leading premium drinks business globally.

This role is based in Central London. Working on two very high profile brands, as a the Global Brand Manager will be tasked for managing and building the brands within the Travel Retail Division. The Travel Retail Division covers, airlines, airport stores, cruises, ferries & border shops.

The division offers high performers in marketing, opportunities to
1.Work on global scale
2.Work closely with global brand & marketing excellence teams
3.Lead & be part of cross-functional teams incl. marketing, sales, trade marketing & operations
4.Build commercial acumen working closely with trade marketing & key customers
5.Travel Retail is the 5th largest 'market' by volume & value within international spirits & a key strategic channel for brand communication, experiences & NPD.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role is to support global development & maximize value growth for two high profile brands. There are five key areas of responsibility which are

*In-store engagement plan : Develop in-store traveller engagement plans
*Digital : Develop digital &/or mobile enabled promotional strategies
*Innovation, Gifting & Value-Added Packs : Work with Marketing Manager to launch relevant innovations e.g. launch tool kits etc…
*Strategic Reviews/Measurement : Review strategic & annual marketing plans and evaluate activity Vs. KPIs

Ideal Candidate Background
*Candidate looking for global marketing exposure as part of her/his career development
*Strong success in digital, mobile & social media marketing
*Awareness of Travel Retail & trade marketing
*P&L understanding
*Analytical ability, technical knowledge within marketing & Legal Drinking Age to 29 YO males digital behaviour
*Experience in portfolio management
*Great at motivating cross-functional teams to deliver
*High levels of personal ownership, passion to perform & win
*Fully flexible to travel & fluent in English
