Highly rated brand design and corporate communications agency is seeking a talented and experienced Traffic Manager with print & digital experience.
This agency’s heritage is in printed and digital communication, but fast becoming increasingly media neutral, leading to a range of new and interesting projects, both in the UK and internationally.
As Traffic Manager, you will need to be super organised and a multi tasking hero to traffic (on and offline projects) workload through this very busy studio. You will be responsible for its entire creative output and commercial ability.
Working across a hugely diverse client list you will resource projects for multiple stakeholders, suppliers and partners, across a range of disciplines including design, production, digital development, copy writing and user experience.
You will need to have lots of experience trafficking workflow and the ability to play people to their strengths, matching the right skills to the job. You will also need to be commercially savvy matching time to revenue, and have excellent negotiation skills.
The successful Traffic Manager will be assertive, decisive and calm under pressure with a proven track record in managing agency traffic, resourcing and planning a wide variety of on and offline projects.
