Our client is a fantastic integrated marketing agency, specializing brand communications and proposition. As they go from strength to strength, they continue to have an enviable client list compiled of some of the most respected and recognisable brands in the world.


They are now looking for an Account Director to join the team. You will be a confident and accomplished Account Director with strong client development skills.


Ideally but not essentially, you will have experience of working on entertainment or large consumer accounts. Previous integrated brand communciations expertise is essential and strong client development skills will be important.


You will need to be a strategic thinker, in order to spot new opportunities in the marketplace. As well as having an integrated approach and the drive to run and win pitches.


Key requirements will include:

• Create strong client relationships

• Be responsible for strategically developing the account and ensuring the highest standards of delivery

• Ensure that the team are motivated

• Ensure that campaigns are run to budgets

• Meet your income targets and drive growth of the account

• Ensure that your account is maximizing its profitability potential

• Ensure that creative standards remain high


You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, provide support and foster learning within the team, be friendly and promote a sense of teamwork.


In return for your skills and experience, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £42-45K, designed to attract candidates of the highest calibre.
