We have a superb opportunity for a lead mobile user experience architect with significant mobile experience to lead the design of our NatWest and RBS mobile and tablet projects. Reporting to the Head of Creative & Design you will shape and deliver the mobile experience strategy for our customers who are increasingly using mobile to stay closer to their money. You'll collaborate closely with visual design, technical and proposition teams to deliver class leading and differentiating experiences for our digital customers on the move.

We are looking for a creative individual who shares our passion for mobile and tablet and has a real drive to create compelling customer experiences and you'll have extensive experience in delivering solutions across native apps (iPhone, Ipad, Android and Blackberry platforms) and across mobile and tablet tailored web experiences.

You will also need to demonstrate:

• Good knowledge of ecommerce related issues and digital trends – providing the ability to innovate, inspired by other sectors and internet pioneers
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills including Visio/omnigraffle for flowcharting/modelling
• Confidence in preparing mock-ups/solutions in appropriate tools (PhotoShop, InDesign) and prototypes using web WYSIWYG tools.
• Appreciation of web and mobile platforms to understand the feasibility of design solutions
• Previous experience of managing relationships, contracts and budgets required
