Enjoying an enviable reputation for being involved with new and cutting edge talent and events, they love engaging with their users and this role is at the forefront of this interaction. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales and marketing skills and have ideally worked in an on-premise environment.

This role will focus on developing the brand in bars and clubs in London. You will  manage a talented field team, providing them with support and guidance, training and overseeing their on premise sales and marketing activity. Forging, maintaining and growing relationships with some of London’s leading and most exclusive nightspots, you will create unique activity to promote awareness, integrating brand marketing strategy into the activity with bars and clubs – especially focusing on music activity. You will be expected to spend at least 2 nights a week in the field with your team, building client relationships and living the consumer experience.

What we are looking for…..

Ideally, someone with a sales and marketing heritage who has had on-premise experience, so used to working with bars and clubs. Who is open and adaptable to learning new ways, new methodology and terminology. Used to working in multichannel organisations where communication between teams is essential for the cross fertilization of ideas and achievement of business goals. Be able to work closely with marketers and take their strategies into the region. Able to demonstrate ability to analyse and interpret statistical reports and use them to drive growth and spot training needs. But most importantly has proven team management experience – managing diverse teams, educating and training, supporting to grow accounts.
