Digital Project Manager | Luxury Fashion Brand | London | £38k - £42k | MK/21290
An amazing opportunity has come up for a Digital Project Manager

to join a leading global fashion brand. This role will offer an opportunity to join at a critical time where you will be involved of the re-launch of their website and supporting systems from social media to mobile.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the smooth day to day functional running of the website and digital platforms:

Work with the internal teams to understand and agree priorities for the allocation of 3
party support and maintenance time and budget, and oversee their execution.
Manage the modification, fix or addition of new website or other digital platform functionality, including all specification writing, planning, testing, bug fixing and management of all third party suppliers and stakeholders.
Oversee the 3
party management of the hosting architecture for the websites, ensuring optimum availability during peak seasons such as sale periods, and the smooth upgrade or fixing of any architecture maintenance work
Champion new technologies and functionality and initiate new ideas to support the strategic and commercial objectives and relevant digital platforms.
Manage budgets relevant to the operational running of digital platforms.

Manage the development and delivery of small to medium sized digital projects, and support the Head of Online in the management and delivery of larger digital projects:

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of running a digital project from kick-off to launch, co-ordinating with internal departments and external agencies to ensure projects are launched on time, to budget and according to the agreed brief.
Identify resources required for a project and agree and document areas of project responsibility, as required.
Create detailed, realistic project time-lines for all digital projects, factoring in multiple internal and external schedules.
Communicate the progress of all digital projects to the relevant internal stakeholders and champion the project internally.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans and testing for all digital projects, as required.

Ideal candidate will have experience in website management (ideally e-commerce) and small to medium-sized digital project management experience. You will have a strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Flash, user experience design and content management systems.
