The Role:

In your role as Acquisitions and Partnerships Manager you will define, propose and implement the Acquisitions & Partnership strategy for the brand in respect to the overall strategy of the company. 

You will also develop and continuously reinforce the brand identity and equity using both online and offline channels. You will be responsible for managing external agencies as well as in-house direct response and brand specialists and coordinate communication with associated internal departments (e.g. creative, merchandising, production, technical, etc.) and contribute to the achievement of the operating profits objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

> Define and implement the Acquisitions & Partnerships strategy to increase the member acquisition to the site.
> Launch, monitor and manage the Partnerships programme with key media.  
> Design, implement and monitor the Net Promoter Score Programme.
> Manage all PPC within the agreed Brand Guidelines.
> Design and deliver the Inserts Programme to the agreed Brand Guidelines. 
> Design and Implement the SCO Programme, ensuring the relevance and deliverability of the Project.
> Identify other relevant acquisition channels.
> Manage all mobile application projects, work to the agreed deadlines and within the agreed Brand Guidelines.
> Manage the Affiliates Programme with CRM Manager.
> Manage the Behavioural Display Campaigns to agreed standards.
> Continually optimise the Campaigns and Programmes within your remit.
> Help to position the brand as the UK’s leading private shopping club.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

> Marketing or Business related qualification.
> Solid proven on-line acquisitions experience.
> Marketing experience is a must with strong marketing skills. 
> Experience in the online/digital commercial area is a must. Background in Fashion retail is beneficial.
> Solid grounding in managing online acquisitions.
