Online Marketing Aquisition Director- Surrey- £excellent

The Company:
A newly formed travel marketing company specialising in high-end holidays for high spending clientele. They provide bespoke holiday solutions across the world and utilise the very best suppliers for all elements.
They have 3 separate Marketing Directors covering different areas of the world and everything is underpinned with Online Marketing and Analytics.

The Role:
We are looking for a head of performance marketing that will be responsible all digital marketing (Search – PPC/SEO, Social, Marketing Analytics) across a family of niche brands in the specialist travel market.

  • Working closely with MDs and marketing teams for each brand to define strategy and tactics across all marketing channels, not just digital
  • There exists 3 verticals within the group covering; Short haul, Long haul, and Ski/Boarding. Each vertical has its own Marketing Director and online works across all 3 verticals to bring together performance/acquisition marketing as well as underpinning everything through analytics.

The Candidate:

The Head of Performance Marketing MUST have/be:

  • Previous media agency experience.
  • Someone who knows digital inside out both technically and strategically as well as possessing the ability to build strong and positive relationships up to Board level while having significant influence in cross-functional teams
