Our client is a fast-growing DR Media Agency which is thriving in the marketplace. This agency was voted one of  the The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Businesses to work for. This agency prides itself on delivering results for their clients, with senior colleagues in day-to-day contact with the clients` business (even the MD!).

This unique, entrepreneurial approach shows in company results. With turnover in 2012 3 times their turnover of three years ago. A client base of 250 - from blue chip to barrow boy!

The role:

The Central Planning Team is a recently found team which works across ALL media channels for our clients. They oversee campaign strategies, manage accounts and work closely with the implementational channel planners throughout the agency.
Most of the clients are direct commerce advertisers focusing on direct response disciplines, optimising media budgets through media performance, as well as working with clients where elements of branding are also integral to the marketing.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will need to have an excellent grounding in DR and preferably some experience in ATL Advertising. Whilst not having to be an expert in all channels, the candidate will need to primarily show a passion for and desire to work across all media/marketing channels and have worked in at least 3 of the main channels (Press,TV,Inserts,Digital) and additionally, with ‘numbers` being core to the business, the ability (and enjoyment of) trawling through the data is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a planning agency environment, dealing with clients. The candidate`s role sits between the senior members of the team and a junior executive. Helping to both manage the running of accounts and briefing channel implementers with key advertising strategies.

The great opportunity with regards to this role is that there is no limit - the candidate will be introduced/exposed to all media channels, creative, data etc...
