About the role:

Working closely with the Centre Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the agreed marketing plan for the Shopping Centre with the help of external agencies and Realm's marketing department.

You wil be responsible the delivery of all marketing activity designed to maximise retailers’ trading performance, footfall and brand awareness amongst the target customer profiles within the catchment area and overseas.

Key Responsibilities include:

-  Launch:  manage the programme of launch activity to successfully propel the Centre into the consiousness of the target audience, working to key deadlines, ensuring all media is booked with appropriate content and localised events professionally delivered

-  PR:  Oversee the day to day output of the retained PR agency to generate consumer and trade press coverage, both domestic and international.

-  Advertising:  manage the creative agency so that they can create relevant and appropriately positioned content for all advertising and media bookings

-  Promotions:  responsible for delivering promotions, through a third party agency, at key shopping periods that engage with shoppers on site and leverage increased spend

Who we're looking for:

-  Proven experience in a highly customer focussed retail or similar environment

-  An innovative thinker with an open minded approach to challenges and maximising opportunities

-  Confident decision maker

-  Have the presence and confidence to deal with senior personnel (particularly from retailers, Client, agents, local authority and other stakeholders) on issues good and bad.
