A digital native
- a Creative Director who lives and breathes digital technology, with a finger on the pulse of new and emerging technologies. A brilliant conceptual thinker, passionate about developing creative solutions that have a positive impact on our client's brands and a strong eye for detail, to ensure that concepts are brought to life with the highest standards of execution (across both design and development).

Must have worked with credible, blue chip brands in their career to date

Experience of working with leading brands that adhere to strict corporate brand guidelines and the ability to develop innovative and deliverable creative ideas, within these parameters

Creative background - Digital Creative agency, Integrated agency (with a strong digital bias) or a senior Digital Creative position within an in-house creative department. At least 10 years commercial experience within one or more (combination) of the above working environments

A leader -
a great creative and a great team leader. A collaborative work style, involving the creative team as much as practical. Highly confident and comfortable presenting and 'selling' creative work to clients. Ability to speak credibly to senior clients is a mandatory requirement for this role

A teacher
- interested in managing and developing the careers of a young, talented creative team. Some creatives are only interested in doing great work and taking the accolades for themselves - that is not the type of creative we need. The candidate will guide and direct the team, whilst allowing and motivating them to develop great creative work

Motivational & inspiring - a naturally inspiring and motivational figure. Someone who embraces and introduces inspiring ideas and technologies to the agency

Commercially minded -
An appreciation and understanding of commercial realities i.e. what work will and won't 'sell' and what is achievable for brands.

Desirable Experience: experience of delivering creative solutions and campaigns across the following channels / platforms is highly desirable:

Publisher & Broadcast account experience - working with Publisher/Broadcaster brands to develop digital creative solutions for advertiser brands

Rich media / HTML5 advertising solutions

Smartphone & Tablet Apps

Campaign Microsites

Viral game / viral video production

Social Media campaigns - developing campaigns across the various Social Media channels e.g. FB, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest etc
