Superb opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to work with one of the leading health and beauty distributors in the region who successfully manage and market many well-known brands which are distributed nationwide to the leisure industry.

The position involves the management of a busy, marketing team of six, planning and implementing all areas of marketing activity at trade and consumer level, setting budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Sales and Brand Managers, and developing and ensuring a marketing strategy for each brand campaign.  Projects and responsibilities include managing external PR/ design agencies and suppliers, advertising and coordinating the creative design element, overseeing the production of all marketing materials, and being actively involved in all aspects of brand promotions, product launches, exhibitions, and events.  In addition, you will be responsible for developing the website and other online activity to meet commercial targets as well as supporting marketing and sales objectives and conducting relevant market research.

As a person you will have exceptional communication skills, be very well presented and highly organised, able to work on your own initiative, have excellent people management skills, and the natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have at least four years or more experience, ideally within the health and beauty sector, and you must have experience of managing people and experience of implementing the whole marketing mix.
