Our client is a well-known and respected food business based north of the border. They have a long history and tradition and their name and products are synonymous with quality and innovation.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Marketing Director, this is a classic branded FMCG Marketing Manager position. This role takes the lead on a key product portfolio for the business. It has full P&L responsibility, team management, marketing budget management and leads all agency relationships.

It works closely with category management to identify opportunities in the market and builds these into their key 18 month NPD strategy and pipeline.

Management of the team is key, the role involves mentoring and coaching and personal development for all direct reports.

The Person

For this classic FMCG Marketing Manager role, our client is looking for classic FMCG brand marketing experience. You will either be a Senior Brand Manager ready for the next step or an existing Marketing Manager within FMCG.

You will be a strong leader and have a "can do" attitude in everything you do. You will be adept at forging strong relationships both internally and externally and be an ambassador for the business.
