Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to be responsible for:

- The management and success of high performing Commerce websites
- Improving User Experience and Content within digital products to ensure they are usable, effective, and in keeping with the tone of the Brand, in order to drive conversion rate
- Managing a photography department and making sure all site imagery is consistent with brand objectives
- Creating stimulating and effective on site banners and responsibility for site testing.
- Liaising with the Marketing, Merchandising and Design teams to ensure product launches coincide with the promotional calendars and business plan
- Acting as a liaison between the IT Web Development Team, Group eCommerce and the Brand website team to ensure all business plans can be met on time and delivered to schedule
- Working with the Marketing team to drive, develop and be responsible for Retention, Acquisition and repeat business. The focus will be on creating an outstanding site experience to help conversion rates and retain existing (loyal) customers
- Liaising with internal and external teams to gain a better understanding of the customer and drive conversion rates
- Making recommendations to senior stakeholders within the business based on results from research, insight, testing etc

The eCommerce Manager must:

Have excellent Project Management / eCommerce Management / Website Management experience within an e-tail/eCommerce environment
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders
Have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Be able to and have a track record of devising, implementing and delivering strategy within an eCommerce environment
