Our client is a well established organization and a market leader within the telecommunication industry. They have recently expanded their marketing team and in order to further grow their business, they are looking for a Marketing Manager – Customer Loyalty to join their dynamic team.


Reporting into the Director of Marketing, they will be responsible for the day to day management of managing and developing their customer loyalty and retention program for their Corporate clients.


The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Retail team to develop the online and offline marketing campaigns from planning, executing and post marketing campaign evaluation.In addition, the successful candidate are required to conduct regular marketing events to understand the market needs and make appropriate recommendations to improve marketing campaigns.


The successful candidate will be degree qualified with at 8 years experience in Marketing Promotion, customer loyalty & retention or CRM. Those with experience in working for a marketing agency dealing with account management or direct marketing will be given high priority. Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
