Joining a small team based onsite with this great organisation, you will be responsible for developing the client relationship and managing several team members. The work will be primarily DM and print focussed, so you will manage and coordinate the end to end production process, building and developing relationships with the client to ensure client retention as well as managing budgets, team performance and development. As Account Manager you will have gained around five years’ experience ideally gained within a similar organisation or full service agency environment, and have a very strong understanding of DM/Marketing Services. The successful candidate should also have excellent people management experience and be able to grow and develop business through networking, cross selling and identifying improvement opportunities. Additionally, you should have a strong customer focus and an ability to constructively challenge clients.
