Our client is one of the most admired and influential organisations in the world of dairy, established decades ago. Driven by strong visions and values, they strive to remain at this level and be the leading choice for consumers and retailers alike. With a portfolio of brands encompassing some of the most widely known and loved household names, they require a strong, blue chip Marketing Manager to take a step up to a Senior Marketing Manager role.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will bolster the current team and strive to grow your specific division, allocated depending on experience. You will be required to inject new, fresh and out of the ordinary ideas into the team, whilst also having the discipline to act within the current 3 year growth and marketing plan set out by the company. You will lead a direct team of senior brand managers and brand managers, and must show enough determination and passion for them succeeding as much as you.


You will ideally already have dairy experience working for a leading business within the industry, but those with experience with slightly smaller companies with a smaller portfolio of products may be considered if they can prove they have made a significant difference. You will already have man management experience, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of clear ways of working, with the back bone to lead by example and challenge norm, spearing these brands into future success.
