The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England and is responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels from grass roots through to the Professional Game, The FA Cup and the England International Teams. It is a multi-faceted group organisation including Wembley Stadium and the St. George’s Park National Football Centre.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - FA Cup and Competitions, you will be responsible for leading the development of The FA Tesco Skills programme, including development of a marketing vision, brand strategy and key initiatives. 

Key accountabilities include being The FA’s key point of contact for the Tesco Skills programme, managing day to day relations, ensuring achievement of all programme KPI’s and ensuring all rights are delivered.You will be responsible for the branding of all marketing collateral.Also, to work with The FA Tesco Skills Project Manager to guide and lead the development of the programme.

You will be a very capable marketer with some commercial background/skill-set and a successful track record in growing commercial brands. You will possess a thorough understanding of brand building and experience of developing joint marketing and communications plans with commercial partners.

First class communications skills, and your ability to problem solve will be critical to the success of this role, as well as being self motivated, and having the capability to work multiple projects within strict deadlines.
