Assistant Vice President - Non-Gaming Marketing

This role is responsible for all hospitality, food & beverage, retail outlet at Galaxy Resort.

Marketing responsibilities:

Developing fully integrated branding and marketing strategies across all non-gaming divisions.


The position will report to the Vice President of Marketing Communications, responsible for the integrated, branding and marketing, non-gaming communications strategy development & execution, for Galaxy Macau, a resort -hotel -casino property in Cotai.

Develop multi-lingual, integrated, marketing, communications strategy for each non gaming channel:

  • Integrate the company brand strategy & branding activities into the appropriate marketing channels for the group’s hospitality, F&B, retail product offering.
  • Develop detailed and fully integrated marketing strategies for each product division incorporating customer segmentation strategies and analysis of traffic per outlet, across a minimum of 4 markets in Asia – must understand the all the strategic & functional requirements for launching a new travel or F&B brand in Asia
  • Leverage existing partner relationships to integrate Galaxy Macau marketing strategy into partner alliance programs
  • Place specific emphasis on developing a consumer and travel trade go-to-market communications plan for the hotel / hospitality product with clear understanding or room rate structure, wholesaler vs retailer distribution channel requirements, integrated activities of hotel partners (Banyan Tree & Hotel Okura), gaming vs non-gaming room inventory allocation, destination marketing integration messaging and overall brand resort positioning.
