Business Director – Superb London Agency – to £80k

One of London’s most talked about and most highly respected agencies seeks a [Group] Business Director to work across a diverse range of client accounts.

The agency prides itself on being creatively strong, strategically sharp and technologically adept and is multi-awarding winning too.

The agency will consider Business Directors, Client Services Directors and Group Account Directors for this role.

Client 1

It is a very exciting time for this much loved retail client as they are about to embark into the world of loyalty. But in a way never done before. For this client, you will be managing a team of 3 (1 x Account Director, 1 x Senior Account Manager and 1 x Account Manager).

The agency is responsible for all CRM, store launches and category support for the client and they work very closely with the client’s other agencies and need the successful Business Director to continue building on these collaborative relationships.

The Business Director is a key face of the relationship and must have the ability to create and drive strategic initiatives. They are a client that greatly value integrity, robustness in thinking and a safe pair of hands able to provide strategic leadership and guidance as part of a valued partnership. They love dynamic new thinking and can be highly creative.

Client 2

This client is one of the biggest selling car brands in the world and has recently launched a new brand positioning. 

The agency work with them on prospect and customer management, generating leads and test drives for dealers, and engaging customers to maintain loyalty.

The Business Director will be managing 1 x Account Director and 1 x Account Manager on the account. The agency work closely with two other agencies, in close collaboration.

Client 3

The client have for some time had the most satisfied customers in the industry. The agency have worked with them for the last four years on their prospect and customer management programmes and are now in the process of revolutionising their approach, to fully leverage digital and social channels, and they have a great pipeline of new models launching, so it’s a good time to get involved.

The Business Director will be managing an Account Director and Senior Account Manager on the account.

Client 4

This client is one of the UK’s biggest. With their brand promise, they wish to capitalise on the mistrust of the big banks, and increase customer numbers and value.

The agency provide strategic consultancy and creative concepting for some of their more high-profile briefs and provide executional advice to their internal agency. It means they get to work on the really interesting stuff, not bogged down with the more mundane stuff sometimes associated with working on a FS account.

Client 5

The agency were very excited to be appointed last year by one of the world’s most respected brands. They chose them to re-launch their loyalty programme in the UK, which has proved to be extremely successful and the agency develop all their member engagement communications, generating interest, sales and advocacy amongst their customers. Engagement and sales performance have been very strong, and the agency have exciting plans for the development of the programme.

    The Business Director Required

    The successful Business Director will need to have experience of working with retail and automotive clients, ideally some FS experience, and needs to have CRM knowledge.

    The Business Director will also have experience of a busy London agency and be used to managing and motivating a team in a high paced environment.


    Reporting into the Head of Client Services, who in turn reports into the CEO.

    Management of 3 x Account Directors, 2 x Senior Account Managers, 2 x Account Managers, and 1 CPM.
