Our client is a growing Insight & Strategy Agency based in the heart of London. They focus on delivering excellent Qualitative-led Brand Strategy projects for a variety of cross-sector clients on a global scale. Their proposition centres on understanding brands’ connections with consumers, and solving brand and communications problems for their clients. They are looking to expand their team at a junior consultant level at the moment, to allow them to continue to offer excellent insight and strategy solutions to complex client problems.

As a junior strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of your output remains consistently high, and that your work retains the consumer-centric orientation that this agency is seeking to make a core part of their offering. Our client is looking at individuals from a Qualitative Research agency background, or alternatively a strategically-minded Planner from an advertising agency. You will be capable of operating independently in an organisation with a flat hierarchy, and happy to take ownership of the projects you work on. They need someone with strong academic skills, and a person who is entirely comfortable with presenting directly to clients.

Key requirements for this position:

  • 2 years experience within the marketing space, agency-side. This can either be a junior role with an Insight-led brand strategy consultancy, or a Planning role in an advertising agency.
  • A strategic outlook and an understanding of the interaction between Brands and Consumers.
  • You must be an intelligent and sharp individual, with the ability to quickly and creatively solve problems and add value to a client’s business.
