To take the lead in the creation and development of web sites, that matches their ambitions for their brand.


This is a key role in ensuring the build and development of websites, html emails and micro sites, providing additional design resource, and managing your own projects

The Web Developer will:
- Support the Head of Development in leading and developing our client's digital offering
- Report to the Head of Development regarding timescales of the project
- Liaise with the designers and clients to gather requirements and make recommendations
- Attend client meetings as and when required, communicate to clients on the phone as required by Head of Development
- Liaise with SEO Technical team on coding changes
- Issue and conflict resolution where appropriate with current site functionality
Key outputs:
- Quickly develop relationships with clients
- Personable and able communicate effectively with clients
- Develop several approaches or solutions to a problem in web site projects.
- Handle several projects simultaneously
- Actively seek solutions to problems before being asked or directed with regards to web site performance
- Deliver all information in a clear, concise, and logical manner to clients
- Work well under pressure
- Demonstrate creativity with the ability to work within strict house/brand guidelines
