We are on the hunt for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager with proven talents in driving sales strategy and delivering successful, multichannel customer acquisition and retention campaigns, online and offline.

Joining the marketing team of a leading publishing company you`ll be managing a growing portfolio of specialist publications, working with publishers to devise and implement profitable and strategic direct marketing campaigns. Utilising all channels, with a strong focus on developing online opportunities, you`ll attract new readers and retain existing subscribers whilst managing a marketing budget to ensure your financial, as well as promotional, objectives are met.

You`ll be educated to degree or diploma level in marketing with solid DM experience across all channels with demonstrable experience in digital such as ecommerce, email, e-CRM, display and social media. Previous experience in a subscriptions, mail order or other DM orientated environment would be highly beneficial. Results-driven with a focus on RoI, the ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical expertise to evaluate and report on campaign success.
